Context

Women in Tech 2025 marked a defining moment for Innovator Trust: a flagship conference aligned with its 10-year anniversary, celebrating a decade of impact in nurturing women-led tech and ICT businesses. The event brought together founders, industry leaders, and aspiring innovators to honour legacy created by innovator Trust and look to what is ahead for the future of women in technology.

Goal

The Brief was to shape this story through a nationwide digital campaign, event collateral, and create an experience that amplifies the 10-year legacy of WIT while elevating its vision for the next decade of impact. In addition, we set out to drive significant brand awareness, community engagement, and event registrations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the website.

Solution

Salt Hub developed a full-scale, multi-platform creative ecosystem powered by the strategic theme “Code It. Shape It. Scale It.” a narrative foundation rooted in the idea that women in tech are not just building software, they are architect of businesses, systems, solutions, and impact that multiply over time. We built a content universe designed to resonate with every audience segment: Women in tech SMMEs, young innovators, corporate tech professionals, and ecosystem builders.
